012 - Addiction and Mental Health. Are we failing as a community
We got to do a tiktok live with one of our favorite friends on Tiktok, Mike Blasko.
Mike is an operator and leader in the Pittsburg Pennsylvania area. We sat down with him to discuss his experience in the industry and his story. He is a recovered addict to drugs and alcohol for over three years now and is such an amazing person.
He was willing to dive into his experience and we got to talk about triggers that often lead to addiction and depression, how he fought those things and tools that help those battling similar situations, especially in the blue collar trades.
We all know that addiction and depression have gotten out of control in recent years in this industry. How are we fighting it and are we doing enough?
